THE WOLF PACK
THE WOLF PACK functions as one of our developmental classes and is designed to introduce the fundamentals of wrestling to young athletes via a systematic approach so they can progress as they learn. Classes are centered on learning basic wrestling skills, core body positions, and terminology in a fun environment. Emphasis will be placed on body awareness (tumbling / agility), basic wrestling technique and positions, live wrestling, and grappling oriented games. Once athletes in THE WOLF PACK show a command of the fundamentals we believe are necessary to progress, we’ll “graduate” them to the ALPHA TEAM. New Elementary School age wrestlers are required to participate in this program.
